LIME Lab L3C is a low profit LLC firm based out of Detroit. We have been offering technology training programs to kids in the Detroit area since 2015. To this end we have partnered with organizations such as the Detroit Public Library and the Michigan Science Center. We are now looking for partners such as school districts to expand the reach of our programming.

We have a special focus on promoting gender equity in the technology industry. Our founding team consists of women with a strong interest in technology and experience in the robotics and technology industry.

Our Partners

LIME Lab is a founding partner with the Michigan Science Center in delivering technology training to K12 kids in the Detroit area. Specifically, we have been a partner in Michigan Science Center’s mielstone in teaching technology to 10,000 kids in Detroit.

Through our partnership with the Detroit Public Libraries, we have offered technology workshops and technology summer camps to Detroit area kids.

LIME Lab started its journey in 2015 with The Roeper School. Roeper is a school for gifted kids. LIME Lab started teaching Robotics and programming to kids as part of after school enrichment. We continue to teach at Roeper.
