In this Internet of Things (IoT) summer camp, girls learned how to build and code IoT projects using the Arduino Micro-controller platform. In this camp, we covered the undergoing transition in the world of technology.
We also built hands-on projects and programmed them. In this camp we learn about: – Fundamental concepts of Electricity – Electronic circuits and their components – Hardware and Software – Programming – Sensors and Actuators – Bringing it all together to build real-world projects. This is a hands-on program in which girls learn through over a dozen hands-on projects. These projects increase in difficulty levels progressively. No previous programming experience is assumed. Participants take home a kit so they can continue to convert their ideas into projects.
